Getting married soon? The guide to looking good and feeling good on your big day

A wedding is the most important event in anyone’s life. The most neglected part during wedding preparation is our food and lifestyle habits. A wedding is a celebration; everyone is busy, from shopping to managing event prep.  Some skip meals just to fit into an outfit on their big day. But that leads to energy crashes, hormonal changes, dizziness, weakness, fatigue, and irritability. Imagine experiencing all these issues right before your big day, all in an effort to fit into an outfit. Small, steady habits can make a huge difference in one’s life. Here are some practical habits that will work and make you feel energetic and confident.

Practical Habits that will make you feel and look good

  • Pre-wedding eating habits: The first and most important thing is that one should completely avoid crash dieting. Crash dieting will make you feel dull and less energetic.
