Consultation and programme fees may be refundable within a stated window before your plan is delivered. Once a personalised plan is issued, fees are generally non-refundable.

Digital products

Digital plans and downloads are non-refundable once accessed.

Physical products

Unopened physical products may be returned within the stated return window. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
