A great start to the day makes the entire day energetic. There are different ways of cooking eggs and one among them is these delicious egg tikka. Egg tikka is devilled eggs that are coated with a variety of spices and served with mint chutney. Nutritional benefits: Eggs contain the highest biological value for protein and are great for muscle building. They are good in protein and are also filling.

  • •1 boiled egg
  • •Salt as per taste
  • •1 tablespoon curd
  • •½ teaspoon tandoori masala
  • •½ teaspoon red chili powder
  • •½ teaspoon chat masala
  • •1 teaspoon besan for coating
  • •1 teaspoon lime juice
  • •1 teaspoon oil

Method

    Take a small bowl and mix all the ingredients to make the marinade except the eggs, oil, and chat masala.

    Now after that coat the eggs with the marinade prepared and keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.

    Set up a grill and arrange the eggs over them.

    Preheat the oven and 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

    After that grill the eggs for 10 minutes; sprinkle some chat masala and serve.
